    Crazy question?

Since I run all 4 speakers with my AMP and I am getting ready to upgrade my 4" dash speakers to 6.5" door speakers....could I run both of the left channel speaker wires from the reciever to one left speaker? And the same for the right?

I thought it might work since both front left and rear left are putting out the same exact signal from the reciever.

Not sure you can bridge it like that, but try it. I'd say front + and rear - would be how it gets wired, but play around with it. If one combo is louder than the "normal" way, then it should work. least thats how my 4 channel amp works when bridged to 2 channels.

agreed it would overload the internal amp and or short something out.
