Not exactly.
The rear 1/4s are the same.
Just need the extensions, rear panel associated with it, trunklid, taillights, bumper, etc...
I have seen GM rear 1/4s used on vics, and vice versa...1983 Grand Marquis 2Dr Sedan "Mercules"
Tremec TKO conversion, hydraulic clutch, HURST equipped!
