I've never seen those on any panther I've ever taken apart, but I have on some Chrysler stuff.
Around here I find door panel clips at automotive paint stores, which also have clips and other fasteners.
They mainly sell to body shops, dealers and such.
But I'm sure the ones you need can be easily found, tried ebay?
I've also seen the clips at some auto parts stores.

I called Tasca parts for my 2004 towncar. The rep said that this part should be it. W704958-S300
