A better history lesson on GMGT...

    But not by much...

You are checking out my baby, my 1984 Grand Marquis Coupe, GMGT...
I've owned him for 2 years, and have done a lot, incuding a lot of suspension mods, and engine mods...

I've been a box nut since the age of 16, and always had a soft spot for two doors. Since I lost my beloved 83 a long time ago because I had to move, I vowed to never make the same mistake again. So, one day here on base I was running down by the resale lot, and caught glimple of this beauty.. With an asking price of 1500. Since he wasn't in too bad shape, I figured why the hell not...

So, after some wheelin' and dealin, I got him for 1300. Many Months of fun, miles, and mods later, the CFI finally took a shit. This sparked the learning process of carbs...

Started life as a 130hp 302 with CFI, but I now am running a 4bbl carb, headers, etc...
Here are a few select shots, but no good ones of the 88-up front end on, because I am kinda regretting that swap.. :nonono: Enjoy!

Ack! a FL car in snow!!!

Regretting the new nose? Did you keep the old nose? Seems that the old style bug is going around here.

Yeah, the only rounded box body styles I like are the vic. The boxy GM front end looks really mean.
