Added history:

I bought the 1989 Lincoln Towncar you see in the pics around '99 or 00. I was in the market for another car at the time (my 77 Dodge Diplomat was about to take a shit again). I saw her on a budget lot for $3200. I believe I paid $75/week for about a year. I drove her until 2003 when my grand-father sold me his '93 Lincoln Towncar for $1. That's right, a buck. So I sold the '89 to a buddy of mine for $500. About 6 months later, the '93 blew the motor. So, I bought my roomates 91 Escort and drove it until 2005. My buddy decided he needed the money and called me to see if I wanted dibbs on the '89. I had really missed that car and had been kicking my self in the nuts for selling her so I said hell yeah! I paid him $700 for her return. She had new brakes, ball joints, power steering hose, and a few other things done.

I'm really glad he called me first. I was lost without her.

That's a cool car, man. Looks like you're in need of a nice waffle grille... :p

Thanks guys...

I actually have another waterfall grille in the trunk I need to install. Nothing against the waffle look or anything, I just prefer the other.:)

Here is a pic of the inside of the trunk. It's a little messy.

There's the new grill I want to install.

You're missing a fan shroud. I have a slightly damaged one if you're interested. Blood stains have been removed from it.

I do really like that flare trim. It looks like it really belongs there with the stainless rocker trim.

I have the original in the trunk. I just didn't put it back on when I changed the water pump. I plan on going with an electric fan setup soon, anyway.

For some odd reason when I see your car Kiss's "Heavens on Fire" starts playing in my head.

That thing is sooooooo mean looking. I love it. I usually don't like extra chrome on the doors and wheelwells but on your car it looks great!

Normally not a big fan of the coach roof, but it looks good on your car. I also like those wheels. Are they off a Ranger or something?

That's a sweet looking TC man, and the rack on the trunk makes it look even better! Keep the rake :D
