PICTURES OF THE 92/97 TO 98 BRAKE CONVERSION

Ok I have read in many forums and threads about the famous swap, conversion, compatibility of the 98 brakes sistem to a 92/97 Panthers but I have not see any pictues of 92/97 with that modification done in any of the Panther sites I want to do that brake conversion for more brake power in fact I went to Western auto and request a quote for all the parts needed for the conversion. Now if any of the members here can post some pics of a 92/97 CV with that conversion done I will be granted, Thanks for your time to read !MANGS!

actually there are two styles between 92-97.............theres the 92-early 95 brakes, and mid 95-97 brakes.........sniper we have confirmed that the 95-97 hub bearings will not work with 98-02 front brakes........the caliper bridge hits the rotor with the 95-97 hub bearing......it's just a tad short.........to upgrade your car to 98-02 braakes, you need 98-02 rotors, hub bearings, calipers and hoses..........your spindles are the same as the 98-02 as long as it's a mid 95-97 car

I assume you are doing this swap on your '97 car?

96-97 cars already had better brakes then the 92-95 cars, all you need for a conversion is 98-02 hub/bearing, rotors, calipers and pads. the rest of the hardware is the same.
Ronman documented the same swap on his 97 GM. I will have ask him where the pictures are.
