Yup, but being the lazy person I am I still have not removed all the double-sided foam tape or the rear strip. My front cover is so messed up I am begining to not care.

I hear ya. My front bumper has spiderweb cracks in the paint from when it was in service. My rear bumper is even worst cause the PD never washed the crap that was flung up on it and has permanent crap on it. Tried everything to get it off nothing. I don't bother waxing the rear bumper cover. I need to repaint the rear bumper cover then I go to tech school.

None of my Vics have passed, on the first time anyway. Some I never even bothered with inspecting.
