    '84 trim....

The '84 exterior trim is back together.... and it looks great!
I still have to put the window trim pieces on.. waiting to put in the new windshield for the front, putting the rear window trim on today...

    Here is some pictures....

This is the piece of trim I had to find... Finnally found one last week at the junkyard!

The other piece I needed.. evidently, this fender is REAL popular to hit.. as EVERYONE I found in the Junk Yards were all smashed... I FINNALLY took my old one and straightened it out... took about 30 to 45 minutes...

After repainting inside the grille area....

    New emblems on trunk lid...

    It looks so much better....

            Brakes...

No, brakes aren't done yet... Concentrating on getting the stuff done that I have "in stock" and need to go on the car like carpets, seats, trim pieces, all the trunk carpeting and trim, spare tire, jack, window chrome trim, radios, etc, etc, etc.... I am TRYING to get my dining area cleaned out!!! (My temporary auto parts storage)

Here is the reason I had to replace a headlight bucket today.. AND a headlight!

Sort of eaten up with rust... I guess something caused moisture to be trapped in there.. and rusted it out... since none of the others are that way.... maybe a mud daubers nest??? (For those of you NOT from the south, a mud dauber is sort of like a hornet, that makes a little mud "adobe" type nest, sort of like a small cocoon, out of mud, mostly red clay.... That he attaches to whereever he decides to take up residence.

You can see how the inside bottom of the headlight was tarnished black....
