    New GM Owner

    Hey,

Just found my first Merc after searching for a full-size wagon for a long time. I picked up my '91 Colony Park yesterday. It was a trade from an old couple who brought it up from Florida. Other than interior fading from sun, it's in great shape, without a speck of rust. Great driving car, already used information from the forums to help me decide if I wanted this one or not. Sorry for the cruddy picture, took it with my wife's phone. More and better pics to follow soon. Later.

I'm way up near Binghamton, NY- just off 81. Google says it's about 100 road miles. Next weekend is the first camping trip for the wagon, haven't been able to carry this much crap with me since I got rid of my truck.

Yeah, except what I make! Actually, it's not that bad. Beer's ok too. Plus we make a lot of cider. Just put up 5 gal of dandelion wine a couple weeks ago, should be done by September or so. We go on winery tours quite often, we've found some great wines very close to home. Of course, in the Puritan State (PA), you can't buy wine anywhere but at the state-owned liquor store! A state with one of the highest rates of alcoholism, domestic violence, DUI's, etc.- and it's all supplied by the state. What a country! Sorry, I won't rant (here) anymore. Yes, good wine!

I put quite a few miles on the new wagon this weekend, never missed a beat. I think it says something very sad that all of my friends said they're jealous.

I love my Colony Park. Had 6 friends in mine on Friday, one weighs over 300. My 150 lb air shocks took a pretty good beating....
