    Rear seat delete.

I finally got around to making a rear firewall so i can get rid of the rear seat. The delete is made out of .032" 5052 aluminum.

This is a shot from the trunk. I removed the center section of the original bulkhead, removed about 2-3 lBs. of steel and a 15# seat back. with the bottom it is worth about 30 lBs. of weight savings.

Im going to remove the upholstered board off the package tray and replace it with another piece of aluminum.

Duce, that car of yours, makes me want to gut my spare box MGM, and drop the old 429 my father-in-law gave me in it.

Not that I have had the time to finish my grey wagon or the hillbilly suv yet...

80#s of exhaust, 50#s of sound deadening, 70#s of seats, 100# of A/C and its related parts, prob 40#s of fuel tank, 40#s of AOD, 10#s of parking brake, a few #s worth of radiator, 20#s worth of misc. wiring.

The 351W weighs about 100#s more than a 302, the nitrous set up weighs about 40#s

Maybe around 200#s total. Not sure though, i need to weigh the car.
