I'm gonna need some help going over the 2dr to make it ready for the 1100 mile trip home. I'd like to change the oil, and whatever else you guys think I should do before driving that far home. Any ideas?

Get insurance on the car before we drive it back. I don't know about Alabama, but in NH you can get a 20 day temp tag with just the bill of sale. If Alabama is similar, you could get it home that way. Usually cops don't bother vehicles with temp tags too much, unless there is something obviously hazardously wrong with it. Just don't do what I did to get Grey home.
