rear end?

i see a lot of guys talking about having 2.73s or 3.10s or 3.55s but how do i know whats in my 87 2 door LX. and i dunno if this helps, but it has factory dual exhaust. some ppl have told me this means it had the trailer tow pkg, but there is no tow hitch. so i dunno whats up, but how do i tell what rear end is in my car?

There should be a door jam sticker that lists a code for the rear end you have. It'll tell you what gears and whether or not you have an open or limited slip differential.
