New guy from the Great White North

Hi all,Englishman living in wonderful Alberta Canada.
I don't own a Marquis but do own the engine from one.
It might be OT but I'm putting it in a 1942 Ford.
What I'm looking for is pictures of the engine, mostly the vacuum line routing and the vacuum regulator mounting, for now,I got the engine in a million pieces and want to put it together so I can see what if anything is missing.
Also the alternator I have has different connection than the harness I have ( harness is round plug alternator is oblong) and wondered if aftermarket harnesses fitted the new?
    Thanks for listening

if you can post pics of what exactly you're dealing with, it'll be much easier to help. And post pics of the ride (we're all picture junkies).
