Those GM LSE's are rare, most were built as CV Sports. Congratulations, nice car!!!

                      One more picture
It was a special ordered car built in June / 2003 .
That year they told Ford Dealers they were no longer available after January for 2003.
I have driven P71 Crown Vics , Marauders Etc , This thing pulls unusally strong ,

I got the chance to work on one of those. The owner wanted the clock in the radio turned off. And replaced with the factory indash clock that goes above the HVAC. It took a little research, since every one said the radio clock couldn't be deactivated. But they were wrong!!

Great looking interior on those cars.

Guessing that car was made for US market then imported to Canada since the Grand Marquis hasn't been sold there in awhile?

Rare car - very cool! Wonder if it has a 3.55 locking rear end on it?

No It is a Canadian car.
They sold Grand Marquis to the public up to 2010 in Canada , Then the last year of production 2011 was fleet only Grand Marquis for rental company / etc
