    the master parts manual does list a different part number for with and without vent window
    remote w/o vent window LH is E1AZ-17682-A
    remote w/ vent window LH is D9AZ-17682-F replaced by E1AZ-17682-A

    based on that I'd suspect they interchange just fine, no idea why there would be a difference.

    there is actually quite a list of part numbers depending on remote, without remote, converted to remote, right side dealer add-on, right side factory, convex mirror, etc

                          I have a set of those, I thought they were from some 70's Ferd. Either way, I mocked them up on my car a while back and they looked so ASS I might not even have the image anymore... Will have to check the PC tomorrow.
