Looks clean, that electrical problem would have me worried though. And I wonder how high the miles are since the seller chose not to list them

"Electrical issues" is a VERY generic term and can mean anything from an easy fix to "never gonna get fixed" (like a parasitic draw you can NEVER find). Unless I knew EXACTLY what it was I would run in the opposite direction and never look back!
