Hahaha, yeah dry rotten tires are about as reassuring as "Don't worry, I'm on the pill!"

Dang, I figured there had to be a reason that thing had been on CL off and on for the past few YEARS.

That one has been for sale forever, I think they were asking $3K when i first saw the ad.
Annnd I know why: Despite what the ad claims, "Rust Free", it is actually a rusty POS. Ashley and I went junkin' on Sunday and that car was the last stop. Interior was decent but the body was no bueno. The wheel lips, lower fenders & dog leg were crusty. Frame was worse, the oil pan was so rusty it's a wonder it wasn't already leaking. Paint was shot too, passenger side was all scraped up and the driver's side had a nice rust spot by the taillight. $700 car tops.

Wow, that 90's frame is almost as clean as my 88's! And I've got 10 times the mileage haha.

Vic, that 90 is gorgeous, I'd give that guy $1,900 no problemo for it. Especially if the Mark VII could go for $800-1,200 bucks.

Thanks, I'd say the same but there's an obvious bias there.

    It is nice indeed.

I wonder what kind of car the original owner traded it in on? And why get a new car when you only drive 500 miles a year, probably less since that owner is probably ancient now.

And finally, I wonder what the dealer gave for trade in? One of those 110% of Blue Book value deals? So they gave them $1500? Crooks.

That Woodrose would look good next to my Medium Woodrose Metallic (The Scab). Same top and interior color.
