08 TC Transmission drain Pan How much oil?

With the B&M drain plug I drained fluid and added 3 qts 21 oz and now I need to suck out a little as it is just over the max when hot on an 80 degree day.

IIRC it is a bit more with the U-Haul pan on the Marauder.

I was also gonna go with 6 quarts.

When I've done the suction method using the fill tube in my 2000 MGM, I've gotten about a gallon with some left in the pan. You should be good with 5-6 quarts if everything is the same on your 08.

Hi,

I changed the filter and put in a B&M drain plug last year so I can drain and replace some fluid each year. I have the info on how much fluid I need to buy but it is not nearby.

It should be about the same as a pan drop amount.

Before I go to the store, anybody remember how much fluid is needed if you drop the pan?
