Just an update on the speedo odo non working on 2000 Marquis I had power and ground to the pins and an intermittent vss signal fixed that and still no speedo! Found something called back on the cluster and put power to that and it worked! It needs some sort of backup power I spliced onto ignition circut hole this helps anyone
