Hello I own a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis LS and I have a whistling problem coming from my climate control I have come to realize that the Whistling noise coming from a vacuum actuator that controls the defrost it has a yellow and red vacuum line going to it can anybody tell me where this is located I have bought the part and just want to get pointed in the right direction thank you

All the vent actuators are behind the ash tray. Are you sure the vacuum line isn't just loose or fallen off?
