what kind of breather would fit into it?
screw-in or push-in?

will they be tall enough for the Roller Rockers?

Looks like push-in grommets.

that's what I thought...that would be nice..they are a little cheaper than the screw-in kind...

There are roller rockers under those covers. There are options if they dont for small amounts of clearance there are thicker gaskets and you can double them up. Mine clear with stock gaskets.

Are those the 80s Mustang ones? Look kind of similar. I always liked the look of those finned covers personally.

They are fairly rare, coming only on '83-'85's. I can't find a set locally anywhere.

You talking about the aluminum ones smooth top with three long ribs down the side? If so we have a spare pair ceramic coated.

If thats what those are, and they do in fact work with roller rockers, I'll have to keep my eyes out for a set in the junkyard sometime.

I saw some nice ones on ebay like those but earlier they have power by ford on them. They dont work withr roller rockers tho
