hey i was wondering what heads this motor came with, i'm pretty sure their E7s but i have not seen this motor yet to look at it. what kind of power would one make with a performer 302 intake. The factory auto tranny would that be a c4 or and aod.

They do indeed have E7's, my 87 with the 302 has them so i'd guess they all do, I remember someone saying the "7" had to do with the year but i'm not exactly sure on that, but all I know is my 87 Mustang LX 5.0 has E7TE stamped on the heads.88 Town Car (wrecked, for sale)

best to make sure tho........not all 1987 lincoln mark vii lsc's got the 225 hp engine.....up to about mid year they got the leftover 86 ho motors.....this could be the same case with the mustangs
1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt
