Which AOD shift kit equals the J-Mod for the AODE?

Is there an AOD shift kit out there that equals the "J-Mod" for the 4.6L cars?

Maybe I didn't ask the question correctly. There's a guy with a '95 Crown Vic, I think it's a PI. He's done the J-Mod to his 4R70W with a 3.55:1 gearset. What can I do to my AOD to keep up? I have a 3.55:1 gear and traction-lok just waiting to be installed.

With the engine and all that im doing i gotta have my shift kit.. So what extra's do you get with the hp shift kit? I really just want my tranny to shift quick! Get thru teh gears with no hassle or me having to let up off the gas a lil for it to shift quick

If you have a clean workspace and a drill you can do it.

Has anybody used a baumann shift kit in their AOD? I see a bunch of trans go users but I looked around on corral.net and found some people using baumann kits in their stangs.
