    KOEO Test

    I did a koeo test on my car and want to know how I fix these codes.


    Code 13-Cannot control RPM during ER Self-Test low RPM check

    Code 11-System pass!

    Code 19- Failure to ECM internal voltage

    clear them. They're old stored codes that indicate a problem happened in the past. 19 usually means the battery got unhooked at some point. 13 you shouldn't even be able to get with the engine not running.

        Usually your diagnostic reader has that capability.

          I didnt use a diagnostic reader. I used the wire to the battery way
