I have zero hook up issues. Never have. No clue on my power output but I can pull a 28 foot boat out of the the water and not spin a tire. My car sits a little nose high though.1989 Grand Marquis LS

You need slicks.
I spray as soon as the pedal goes down (WOT activation). On 28-9-15 slicks, with 4.56s, I pretty much dead hook (little wheelies, lots of weight transfer), and run mid 11s on 75 jets.
