I have been working on a project lately, converting my 84 Town Car to carb. I got all the engine work done. I'm at the stage, where I need to adjust the trans. rod. I have an Edlebrock carb, and intake on it now. I got the trans rod connected, it doesn't seem like it has the movement in it now, like it did with the CFI. Do I need to swap the rod for a cable, or is there a way to adjust the rod to work with the carb?
