    The extenders should work in the rear as well.

    If you want to maintain a near stock ride quality, you could use stock type shocks, or maybe the police shocks. Alternatively I have heard rumors that some truck shocks will fit.
    You may want to pm, lincolnmania on that one though.

      Back end of that looks low to me, if thats all stock. Might want to start with new springs in the back and go from there.

        I see on here that 1999 f150 2wd shock will fit if the metal sleeve is taken out.
        I'll order some new wagon springs too.
