anyone know where to locate new aod tv cable for 1990 p72? all i can find is mustang stuff

thats a tough one. Pretty sure that is a 2 year only part, and only on 351 cars. Any chance you could adapt an EFI one? I really don't even know what that cable looks like. All the 80s ones used a rod setup.

it is a 5.0. the deal is i made a custom bracket to fit on a 70mm mustang egr spacer. my original cable broke. dont know if i can use an aftermarket mustang cableComment

Truck cable possibly is a better fit, should be shorter. Mustang cable will work if you can get it routed such that it doesn't bind up or lay on the exhaust. Same ends, just too long.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
