application for a 1990 mustang ecu. i've swapped to a HO ecu for my explorer swap. would this thing be worth the risk or is a TwEECer a better bet?

      x2... Link no workie.

However I did go a look up the application.

Basically its a piggyback chip that will plug into the service port on the ECM.
My understanding is the chip does little more than advance the timing curve all around and add more fuel at WOT.

The TwEECer is nice because you can add, modify and adjust almost every setting the ECM controls.
It does take come practice and learning to adjust it properly.
