    I don't think the VSS is different in any significant way. At least I've never paid it any mind when switching things around.


    No chance you got the VSS+ an VSS- feed to the ECM backwards is there? If you did, I believe the VSS will just get grounded out and you won't have any useful signal. I would expect a VSS-related code from the computer if thats the case.
