Removing Scrapes?

How do I remove scrapes made my rubber bumpers from other cars on my paint? I got black marks on my S-10 from another car that look like they'll rub/buff off. I have some 3M Adhesive remover that says it's safe for painted surfaces. I'm thinking of using that with a soft clothe, followed by speed shine (paint cleaner and clay lubricant) and clay. Will this work or is there a better method?

Cool! Even though it's just my DD S-10; I still want to get it right. The 3M stuff is kinda weak because it takes a lot of effort to get road tar off of the exhaust tips. Perhaps it won't be too harsh for paint.
