    Slower signal flasher

    So I'm debating getting a sequential taillight kit - it would be authentic to Ford and mercury heritage ('67 cougar anyone?) but the only problem I have with that is, sequentials have a tendency to look like ass at stock 'modern' flash rates. I'm looking for a 2-pin flasher that flashes at a slower rate, probably between 50 and 60 fpm. Anyone know where to find one of these?

    find an old Ford OEM one from a box. Lincolns in particular. They flash really really slow.

      When I switched to LED lights I had to change the flasher because it was blinking too fast. I bought a smoked/clear heavy duty flasher at AutoZone. It has a nice rhythm/timer.

        yea try the heavy duty flasher

        1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

          if you do a sequential tail light kit on the merc you need to upgrade to a heavy duty electronic flasher.

            you will also have to modify the inner light to swap in a two element bulb socket.
