Replaced the stock door speakers yesterday, same ones I used for the rear deck. There is a slight sound difference, just enough to tell it isn’t stock if you’ve heard a stock panther sound system.2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS “The Douche” - 70mm throttle body, P71 airbox, 21mm rear sway bay, dual exhaust, Dodge rims, 89K and counting. 4/2018-

Bought a Lincoln LS throttle body I am going to try and adapt to the Merc. Near as I can tell, it’s a 70mm unit I pulled off a 3.9L V8 engine. Big concern I can think of will be intake tube, as I am pretty sure I can machine it the way I want.2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS “The Douche” - 70mm throttle body, P71 airbox, 21mm rear sway bay, dual exhaust, Dodge rims, 89K and counting. 4/2018-

Gave in to a whim and spent $20 at walmart for the tools I need for the throttle body. I may modify more of them for other Panther owners if the results are satisfactory, so I consider the costs well spent. Going on this weekend.2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS “The Douche” - 70mm throttle body, P71 airbox, 21mm rear sway bay, dual exhaust, Dodge rims, 89K and counting. 4/2018-

Installed the throttle body today. Had to get an adaptor for the P71 zip tube, opening was too large. Recommend going to a CAI style pipe to the air box if someone did that upgrade.2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS “The Douche” - 70mm throttle body, P71 airbox, 21mm rear sway bay, dual exhaust, Dodge rims, 89K and counting. 4/2018-

I know for my 2000 MGM, a 2004 CVPI zip tube is both too short and too big at the air box end. Apparently some people cut off the air box end of the original zip tube and clamp the CVPI zip tube over it, though that's not something I'd bother doing. What did you use for an adapter?
