Upper rad hose it is
Trying to figure that out now, it was hard to see in the dark
I was driving my 85 GM home last night and I blew out some coolant, and when I popped the hood the only place I could see a leak looked like it was coming out from under the intake manifold. Is this...
Didn't do either of those
I just replaced rear shoes and wheel cylinders on my 85, drums were in good shape but I have a squeak if I press very hard on the brakes. What could this be? First thing I did after buying the car...
So the glass needs removed from the door, not just a roll the window all the way down thing to take the separator out?
The top of my c pillar is smooth, did any cars come slicktop and get vinyl afterwards?
At the edge of what's peeled it looks like the paint underneath is really orangepeeled, is that the way the finish is or just the glue on it?
Mimes got the full back window in it
So would probably be best to get paint stuff before peeling it off?
Looking to do a slicktop conversion on my 85 and was wondering if the roof is painted underneath the vinyl top or not?
Another question, how exactly does it draw coolant out of the overflow tank? Does it draw a vacuum or something when the cooling system pressure goes back down after being hot?
Ugh, my internet is sucking and I end up with double posts
Well right now the heater core is bypassed due to it leaking, and I probably just didn't get enough back in it the first time chasing leak after leak

Had to do multiple flushes to my rusty cooling system after I got an air bubble and had to add a bunch of water in an emergency. I was wondering the best way to make sure all of the air is burped out...
Anybody know how to replace the little quarter window on the rear door of an 85 MGM? mine was busted and duct taped by PO
Well it seems like the high idle was set low, so I adjusted it higher and now it takes about 3 cranks without touching the gas pedal
Runs great otherwise. Just needs gas on starting and occasional stalling, usually when coming to a stop
In my 85 GM, you have to give it some gas every time you start it, even if I shut it off and right back on and stalls occasionally. Once you give it a little throttle it'll fire right up though
Although my 85 is beat up, I'm hoping to take it to car shows/ cruise nights
My 91 is a work in progress
Kinda both I guess
Didn't know which sub to post this under, but are boxes considered classic cars nowadays?
How about the 5.0l?
