nice! used to have a 87 volvo 760 wagon with a 5.0 HO conversion.

oil leaks onto the bellhousing and down the timing cover usually. the seals in the middle of the intake usually go first.

he's got a cobra upper, egr spacer part of that upper intake. ivan made a custom bracket to make it work on john's car.

going to need the mustang cruise control cable too if we go with that route.

i know the bassani fits because i used them twice already.

same. i fill both tanks on the 89 f-250 once a year with ethanol free fuel. the 88 colony park came from arizona, i think jay got it in 2015 or 2016. no idea how long it sat out there with 3/4 tank...

the 88 colony park had about 11 gallons of fuel in the tank so that pump assy was submerged. the 89 colony park parts car had about 5.5 gallons of fuel in the tank

look at this fuel pump hanger assembly. it's an airtex, actually both of them are the same part number. the gas in the 89 grand marquis was about 4-5 yrs old, the car was parked in 2015...

john was exposed to covid so he is not coming, guess we'll just have to make the best of it. keep him in your thoughts and prayers, his dad passed away this week also.
