so, how the hell do i go about using a carb while maintaining my aod kickdown rod, how the hell do i hook it up?, cant use the lokar kit cause its a metal rod, not the cable, so.........??????

The rod works too. Takes a little fab work but it can be done. I used a holle 2300 2 barrel instead of a 4 barrel. Bolt on except for rejetting the monster.1989 Grand Marquis LS

DO NOT use the rod with a 4bbl.
