    Default gabe's 1989 mercury grandmarquis

well I finally got around to posting my reader's ride. let's start from the beganing I got my car dec 22nd 2004 for 1,300. I was very excited because it's my first car. When I got her, she had 127,124 miles on it. right know she has 154,700. when I got the car first thing I added was a tow hitch because it did not have one came to find out later it's a k code. as for mods not much just k&n air filter and ls headrest's that's about it. Plan to do ho conversion letting scott do that Nov 14th 2005 was when I had my accident. A stupid 16 yeard old girl backed into me with here hudge chevy tahoe she claimed she did not see me. How do you do see my hudge ass car:cuss: I learned later it was her 4th accident. her father paid out of his own pocket 1300 the cheapest estiment I got done. I fixed her my self for 300.00 pocketd the extra 1000.

well her are my latest pics of my baby next to my dad's 2006 ultimate edition

Whats the guage and switches over on the passenger side for?

Looks good. didn't know you had the front end whacked on that thing. I wouldn't have noticed honestly. Is that where the door damage came from ?

for the guadge and switch I was lazy also that' was before I know how to put it through the firewall I know now. The driver's door dent was like that when I got the car. I'll get around to it or get scott to do it when I get ho conversion done.

all right it's been a while since update
since than I have the ho upper on thanks scott and the rear wagon springs thanks donald car looks good with used springs. Now the bad news the trannys getting tired it bairly goes in to 2 to 3rd with out chugging. scott was with me when we test drove after the trans drain.tv pressure is almost maxed out and locus did'nt really help it's ok on the highway but city driving it just sucks saving up for trans rebuild brian's going to rebuild it.

When you have the tranny built up, are you going wide ratio or just a stock rebuild?
