Defiantly, if you have a car that's not "driveable" you have to have it garaged or they will tow it. "new city ordenance in my town". I love the country though.

Yeah I'm still waiting to do the burnout video, the road I do it on, is about 3 feet under water at the moment. It used to be the main highway out of town and then they built the bipass and now it's just the old abandoned highway that leads to the access site for the river and pumping station.
