lets see....
what day is this....
ah, saturday.
hrm
trying to think of what happened yesterday...
oh, yeah, i recovered from me & seneeb starting, and finishing a bottle of Dewars.
got my hammock hung up, took a nap.
we went to the dragstrip.
i think the place was called Clamidia, or somthing like that...
GREAT track! Division 1, EXCELLENT fan facility. they even have a fenced in playground for the kiddies!!!!.
mike made one run, smoked some doofus in a camero.
matt made one run. lost by about .3 sec to some other chevy lookin thing.
then the rains came.
dooh.
we made a campfire. sat around it drinking and telling stories.
today is clear sky's, sorta warm. and this place is PACKED!
right now, there is a turkey in the fryer, and i think somewhere around 57 people here. some of them even wearing clothes!
after turkey, i think the plan is to go cruise, and do the burnouts....
oh, i did get some video from the track, but not sure how good they will come out.
lots of people here are taking lots of pictures.
i'm siitin in a comfy chair.
if you ain't here,
well,
you ain't here are you!

oh
shit
i just rememberd,
to warn everyone comeing here from somewhere else...
they gots a couple of goofy laws here in .pa...
1. headlights ON in constructions zones.
2. all gas has to have ethenol in it, so if you are carb'd... bring extra non-ethynol fuel. although they DO sell VP at clamyidia but it's damn expensive.

Did Scott get anything interesting in the mail today?

oh man. i had such a great time! just wish i coulda stayed longer.
it was sooooooo neat saturday.
a bunch of relatively local folks were there. i think most of them were either related to scottmang or skippymang, or maybe even someone else. but there was a WHOLE LOTTA FOOOD!!!! including but not limited to a deep fried turkey! WOW. never had one of them before... but WOW!!!!! i would reccomend that to anyone! WOW. best turkey i've ever had the pleasure to fondle!
the cruise was incredible. just the thought of what it may have looked like to unsuspecing mortals! a 1/4 mile long line of panthers, of all shapes and sizes, and one Turd. that HAD to get some people thinking the end of the world had come...
of course, the walk down 'The Stand' road... where this coal vein has been burning since the early 60's..... dude. it's not quite 'what nightmares are made of' but close!
it was just soooo damn much fun! GREAT theropy!
i think our local kroger's has a thingy that will digitze a vhs tape into a dvd... gotta check that out tonight.
then when seneeb gets home i'll get his camera downloaded/uploaded/posted.
/rick
