        Thanks!

My dad makes up the oil change stickers for me. And the car is still a brick on the highway so there will always be some noise, but hopefully all of the money I am throwing into sound deadening the car is worth it.

First time the guy ever did a top on these cars so I guess not to many people get these cars recovered. May be more for a town car as they are a bit larger. But getting everything removed before hand will definitely help out your end cost. If you end up going with this place depending on our schedules I'd definitely kidnap ahh I mean pick you up for they day while the work is being done so we can tinker on my car lol

the top would come off before I drove it up. The big question is top then paint, or paint then top. Either way, both need doing badly.

top then paint. Top place will just say too bad if they fudge something up. I am having things done in that order because of that possibility. Actually I am having the transition areas ( and entire roof under vinyl) painted a generic brown just so there will be good paint under the vinyl. Rest of the car will still be in primer just in case of accidents.

Thanks! I wonder how the paint will hold up? It is funny because RustOleum now makes interior paints They are cheaper than the Duplicolor stuff and my autozone is going with the cheap route obviously because all they have is rustoleum brand products.

I'd definitely install the Grand Marquis horn pad, but my opinion is biased.

I love the hornpad, but it would bug me having a GM logo in my Ford car, don't ask me why, and yes I know I have a CVPI speedo in my car, but it doesn't say ford on it now does it. That being said if it doesn't bother you then go for it because it looks hot.

Installed the horn pad. Not bad....

Interesting about the turbines. It looks good on there. Let me know how that paint holds up because I will probably need to be dying an A pillar and definitely painting a gauge cluster pod.
