I'd round the edges on the freshly cut area just so it wouldn't dig the wires or anything else (like hands) in the engine bay.

and...what is up with the triple layer of floor mats????

Dave, notice any performance improvement with 9mm as opposed to the 8's?? Bobby

P.S. The triple mats are for when he drives the ladies with the REALY spike heels!

That is a good idea for the wire sake. No way in hell could my hands fit where this is going. Tight as all hell already behind the compressor.

9's aren't installed yet. I don't expect any improvements. I will be bumping up the timing again though when the the new cap/rotor kit, coil and plug wires are to be installed.

pretty much. it operates the passenger seat only. its easier than opening the door, then pushing the broad out while driving

seriously, its a electric trailer brakes controler.

Just my .02, but I think with your car's color combo dark brown carpet with those two-tone seats would look amazing. Here is a picture of my 09 Genesis in a similar configuration.

Maybe. For some reason I prefer the lighter colored carpets over the darker colored ones.

Painted all the little pieces to the wire separators this morning. And here they are with some other goodies awaiting install.

Okay. Finally installed all of the above today. What a royal pain in my rear it was getting those plug wires in place for the freakin loom cover to work on the passengers side of the engine bay. Then to top it all off one of the screws that hold the top of the loom cover to the bottom is directly behind a check valve for the smog pump B.S..

It does look nice though...at least on the drivers side where you can see it.

MSD cap gets in the way of the distributor wrench which gave me a hard time loosening the hold down when I advanced the timing another 2degrees...now at 14.

                        Scoots better then before.

Next up is a tan and simplified center console.

I know this is kinda redundant... but...

can't wait to see the pics.

Still......need to paint that darn blower motor, gray distributor bottom looks odd with red distributor cap and crooked pictures annoy me.

Yeah. I have planned too but it would be done while IN the car. No way will I disrupt the working system just for paint. I just gotta pull a large drop cloth over the car and cut/tape around what I want and not want to paint.
