Nice! I'd of used that paint and just masked out flames on the car so then the different color is like a ghost flame job. Lookin good tho!

That CV is lookin' schweet mang. Once you get that car off DD duty and you complete the body work, you'll have a mean weekend cruiser.

sitting in the back seat, i see no point in installing it if i will just have to remove it again when the car is painted.

Love what You've done W/Your Vic. It looks very rust free and the blackout treatment on the front panel is hot! I've got an '87 two-door myself and I'm slowly turning it into an '80. I think some of the older trim items are more elegant, like the "LTD"
script tail lenses, like You have, and an early style grille. I got a pair of early '79 only clear front park and turn lenses and an upright LTD script hood orn. w/clear plexiglass inserts. I have two sets of rocker panel molding from a '79 Landau two-door for someday.
It's wider than the later style and goes clear to the bottom.

Thanks a lot man, slowly mine is becoming "new" again or at least how they should have been from the show room. I am looking for some of those clear lenses myself for a good price, or when i can afford the asking prices and do the Murph blackout treatment to them I also have an itch for a chrome tag bucket Tom stole the one i was eying I have the older grill that will go on when the car is fully painted. I can't wait to see how your project turns out man you have me drooling over the thought of it.
