what car is this H-pipe off of?

I bought this thing off a guy with a 1991 5.0 mustang he said it came off. I was trying to sell it to a fox-body enthusiast and he told me its not off a 5.0 mustang at all, and that the cats are in the wrong places. Fit fine on my Lincoln so I don't really know what it could be from other than a Mark VII. Anyone recognize this thing? It looks more like an "A" pipe to me than an "H"

looks like a fox catted H to me... the aftermarket catted H pipes have the cats in a different arrangement, maybe thats what the other guy is used to seeing???

$150 sounds like a great price for someone who lives somewhere that he really needs the cats.
