                from what I understand from the 91 shop manual there is a relay mounted under the hood on the left fender well and a timer under the glove box to make it all work 91 was the first year for day time running lights in canada. so the 91 boxes have them only.

                  Interesting...I'm not sure about Kevin's '91 Grand Marquis also had daytime running lights? because his car is GS trim level.
