for a second there I thought that was a diesel block heater. I probably bought the last NOS one on the planet though. There is an aftermarket one that fits but it isn't made right. On that one above you can see the raised lip that keeps it from being pushed into the block too far. Aftermarket one doesn't have that. Engine gets hot, it pushes out against the toggle bolt. Engine gets cold, and it just sucks the heater into the block and coolant pukes out. Stupid.

Says it was placed in cassette plaer but what does it play!?!?!?!?
HEY, FORD COLLECTORS! Are you restoring that 1987 era Ford with factory radio? Want some Ford memorabilia to add to that COOLection of yours? Here's an interesting item: a cassette tape placed in every Ford with AM/FM/Cassette player that year. It's to demonstrate the audio system and was produced by CBS Special Products for Ford. I tested this on my player and it works well. No defect noted. See third picture for contents' label. Grab it now!
My mom’s 87 Turdbird has one of those tapes that came with it. While her car doesn’t have it, the optional graphic equalizer in those was always on my wishlist for a box, but there is no where for it in the dash.

I found a set of tapes...the one I listed and another type and they are on the way.
My favorite is the tape that came with JBL equipped Lincolns - Has Axle F on it. The bass will reveal system limitations if there are any. Woofer x-max and amplifier damping factor being two of them lol.

I hope they lose money too. Clowns. Fuckin' people. Always want to cheat the first guy and pass the profits onto themselves. "Always want to play but they never want to lose."
If watching Vanguard Motor Sales has taught me anything, these guys will get their $6k asking price or beyond, unfortunately. Their ability to take hi res pics after cleaning things up just enough and photographing at the right angle & using buzzwords like "numbers matching" just gets the old fucks with money & nostalgic pride to come calling with wallets out like you wouldn't believe. If you want to vomit, watch Vanguard's testimonial videos...
