    I am not bidding on it....I have two doors. I found a mint one in the junkyard.

    The trick with those is to epoxy/jbweld studs in the screw holes and use nuts to secure the window and/or door lock switch.

        No. BUt it is exactly as it sounds like. epoxy a threaded rod in place of the screw holes...and just use a nut to hold the window switch mounting plate on. Instead of screws securing the mounting plate you now use a nut.
