Yah I think this is much better than before... it has a nice OE look to it too. Its sits a little crooked but I think thats the best i could do the way the fender well is curved.
I used those butt connectors with heat shrink ends on the big wires... those are pretty cool.

Heres what it used to look like... it was a mess, but a clean organized mess.

Lets just hope I dont pop any fuses!!

so that new box has a bracket on the bottom and is just bolted through the fender or what?

heatshrink connectors are nice. use those at work all the time.

yeah - theres a metal bracket that clips onto the bottom of the box and its got three studs coming out of it.
I only have have one of them holding the box down, becuase the way the fender is curved, theres no way you could get all 3 in.
I used two other different size brackets to support the other side of the box by bolting them to the studs, sort of making them like feet... You can kind of see them in the last pic.

Good job! I think I will go down to the pull your own junk yard and scavenge a power control center from a 98-00 carvan, t&c minivan, they have about 20 maxi fuses and another 5 or so mini fuse spots. Good thread man, and thanks for the pic detail.
