Those fender vents look damn sexy on a tudor!

I'd gladly give 'em a home if you ever wanted to part with them. :smirk:

another minor thing on my mind. iv had lots of people tell me i should paint the rims either dark gun metal grey or body color. i really did not want to attempt this, cause i think the black looks good and painting the rims would ruin the look.

nah... the black rims really shine on that car... leave it.

iv been working on the engine bay a bit in regards to clean up, since i did not have time before. i removed the CFI harness, which makes it alot neater. now just need to do a bit of washing and loom the wiring. also, in addition to the engine, i had flowmaster origonal 40 mufflers installed. they sound great. now i need to look into a built trans and a better rear gear to work with the fresh engine.

the origonal engine was running good when i pulled it. it now sits in a crate lol. and it seems that the carb works much better with the mechanical fuel pump rather, the electric fuel pump that got removed. couple pumps and it fires right up. after 2 weeks of driving this car after all the dialing in, its been super reliable and streetable. i have had no issues either since. and thanks for the compliments!

I like how you changed from a beat up "boy racer", back into a mostly original looking car. Back when I was in high school (late 70's) we were ruining '69 Chargers and GTO's. Hopefully somebody righted our wrongs also.
