      1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

        Oh yeah, i think the car has a lot of miles, but you wouldnt know it. Didn't smoke, or burn any oil. Inside of the motor was clean too.

          It sure did leak a lot though, I couldn't follow Scott on the trip north. I couldn't breathe through the smoke cloud coming from that thing. Also not sure about not burning oil. If you wind it up, it lost a shitload. I had it lose 3 quarts in 15 miles in the hills once, and the blue cloud was so thick I couldn't see anyone behind me.

              Yeah, that's when the dipstick tube was busted. They fixed that.

                  light pewter metallic is what its gonna get painted. today i started picking off stuff from the interior. also started to rip out the blue dash. it fairly simple really

                        got some trim off and such...

                        and yes all the trim/moldings will going back on when painted













                        so far, found one hole under the vinyl roof...i hate vinyl!

                              its not a big whole, size of a quarter so far. i wont be able to know if it is the only hole till i get the full vinyl piece off. now that i got my origonal parts doner car to the shop, i can strip the interior and pull the windshiled, since GMGT needs one. this will be the opertunity for the serial number swap!lol

                                Do you know what size those wheels are? They look pretty wide, gives it a nice mean stance.

                                Also is that your red Chevy truck with the 454SS style wheels? I'd love a set even though mine are the same size.
