probably needs a tune up. How old are the plugs, wires, and fuel filter?

the moisture in the exhaust is normal with a cold engine.

moisture in the exhaust is normal

the flashing CEL is a misfire, probably time for a tuneup, most likely wires are the cause, dirty injectors are also suspect

a flashing CEL is a current misfire, yes this can damage the cat, but thats not what is causing it to flash

GrandMerc97 if I was a betting man, I would say your plug wires are the root cause; dirty injectors are also a possibilty, but the wires being old is alot more probable

I took my 94 Vic to the Ford dealer for a CEL and it was around $50 for the diagnoses.
